The NVR128-16-NCV is one of Optiview’s NDAA compliant network video recorders and can be paired with any of Optiview’s NCV line of NDAA compliant IP cameras.

Automatic Network Replenishment (ANR) Technology
Network Video Recorders with the ANR function automatically store video data on an IP camera memory card when the network is disconnected. After recovery of the network, the NVR automatically retrieves the video data stored on the camera & properly indexes it.
ULTRA 265 Compression
Using advanced video encoding, Ultra 265 provides high-quality video while helping reduce the storage space needed to retain your video events. By detecting motion in each frame instead of degrading resolution, Ultra 265 helps you save up to 95% storage space and up to 75% storage cost.
